*Traffic Collision* SB 110 FY x EB Santa Monica Fy; MAP ; FS 10; 1
big-rig on its side. 1 pt only (adult male) was the driver *NOT* pinned
but extricated for ease/access only. Pt was tsp to local hsp in
"serious" cond w/ non-life threatng injuries. There was *NO* chem spill
but small fuel spill. Traffic snarled= WB10 trans to SB110 closed. NFD;
